The Overdrive 1X Modular is the control system for the next generation. Customization and personalization are at the core of this extremely versatile control bar. The Modular system allows you to easily customize your connection method to perfectly match your style of riding. Configure your connection for Freestyle, Surfing, Freeriding, Foiling, or Racing in under 3 seconds. Your specialized method of connection simply attaches or detaches without the need for tools or complicated instructions. All connection methods attach directly to our all new streamlined Quick Release. This all new QR is based on the proven and time-tested geometry of the QuickLoop.

OVERDRIVE BAR
Our industry first dual density highly textured bar grip provides an unmatched rider interface for unhooked, as well as hooked-in riding. The ergonimcally designed asymmetric finger bar provides intuitive and instant tactile left/right orientation. Our soft touch bar ends provide a safe and stable steering platform with on-the-fly bar width adjustment and convenient line retainers.

RECOIL
The Recoil system keeps your trim adjusters in the same position everytime. Even after you’ve depowered your kite, Recoil will return the trim adjusters to the exact position for easy operation.

NEW MODULAR QUICK RELEASE
With the all new Modular Quick Release system you can easily customize your connection method to perfectly match your style of riding. Whether it is freestyle, surfing, freeriding, foiling, or racing, you can easily configure your connection in under three seconds without the need for tools or complicated instructions.
1. QUICK RELEASE All connection methods attach directly to our all new streamlined Quick Release. This all new QR is based on the proven and time-tested geometry of the QuickLoop
2. FIREBALL The innovative Fireball connection is back with an all new design. We’ve improved on the original by adding a spinning leash interface which allows you to freely unspin the twists in your flying lines. Fireball is excellent for all forms of surfing, free surfing, and surf freestyle.
3. ROPE SLIDER For the pure surfer who likes to have the dynamic mobility of a sliding connection we have the Rope Slider. The Rope Slider can attach itself to any rope sliding harness. You simply clip right onto the rope and you’re ready to ride.
4. LOOPS Our loop connection comes in two sizes. A small size for riders who simply want to stay hooked in. And a large size for freestyle riders who want to unhook. The Small Loop has the ability to clip your leash directly to the landing line so that it will deploy immediately upon activating the QR. The Large Loop is designed for riders looking to unhook. The leash attaches to our ‘Pro Connection’ that keeps the security from activating during a dropped handle pass. This connection still allows the full 1X security function when the quick release is activated.
